I've worked with and for Royal Mail for years so I was suprised to find this rude and aggressive staff member behind the Post Office counter. I asked if they had a C5 envelope because it's my first time in the store and never even purchased a C5 before, but I needed that particular size. I couldn't find and in fact they didn't have. He told me I must be blind and to look harder. And when I asked if he could show me he was again rude. Absolutely disgusting behaviour. He refused to give me his name because he knows how rude and disgusting he is. Before I left, Chris behind the store counter told me he was the "Owner" and rolled his eyes like people are always complaining about him. We looked and we found a suitable size but they were all jumbled up with C4s and others. I will be making a formal complaint to Royal Mail/Post Office.

Very rude and very unprofessional staff at this Post Office!! The lady serving me was called Tina I believe. I can also see from the previous reviews that this is an ongoing thing so am doubtful she will ever change. Shame for the lovely village. Tina if you read this please be a nicer human and can someone give her training. Again, I am doubtful she will listen.

The new woman really doesn’t deserve to be kept on. One can accept she still has things to learn but being rude to customers after they’ve queued for 20 minutes and then not bothering to check properly what parcels are available for collection is not acceptable. You don’t need experience to use your eyes and check properly. I hope she doesn’t last much longer as she’s letting down her colleagues who are very good.

I often send parcels abroad from here. Both ladies are always helpful & friendly & provide a really good level of service. I have noticed them both being very patient & kind to their sometimes quite elderly customers. Thank you
